Hey everyone,
I just received all the parts for my first PC build today, and I'm feeling a bit anxious. I've inserted the CPU correctly and the RAM sticks seem to be in the right order. The SSD is installed too, but when I try to test it on the bench, I'm having some issues. The 24-pin connector just won't click in, and I noticed that a part of the GPU is sticking out of the PCIe slot. Am I in trouble here? Did I break something? I'd really appreciate any guidance!

I agree with the first commenter. Sometimes those connectors can be a bit stubborn. Just make sure you’re applying the right amount of force. As for the GPU, it’s super important that it’s fully inserted; otherwise, it might not function correctly. Again, pics would definitely help us help you more!
It's tough to say for sure without seeing what's going on, but it sounds like you might just need to push the 24-pin connector in a bit more until it clicks. Make sure you’re aligning it properly. Also, for the GPU, check that it's seated all the way in the PCIe slot; it should be flush with the motherboard. If you can, sharing some photos could help others assist you better!
