I recently reseated my CPU, but now when I power on my PC, there's no display. The fans are spinning, and the GPU light is on, but my keyboard and mouse don't power up at all. I'm using an AsRock Z590 Phantom Gaming 4 motherboard. What could be the issue?

Have you tried plugging your display into the motherboard's output? It could help narrow down if the issue is with your GPU.
Do you see any diagnostic lights on your motherboard? Those can be super helpful. Additionally, consider resetting the CMOS to see if that resolves the issue.
Nope, my motherboard doesn’t have any diagnostic lights.
You might want to try reseating the CPU again, just to make sure it's properly connected. Sometimes it helps to check for any bent pins as well. It’s easy to make a small mistake during reinstallation.
I was really careful with the thermal paste and made sure everything was aligned right, but I'll double-check the pins!

I don’t have integrated graphics; I’m only using a dedicated GPU.
