I accidentally installed a sketchy code executor, which came with WebAdvisor by McAfee, CCleaner, and a few other random programs. I'm really concerned these aren't safe, and I have no idea what to do next. Can anyone help me figure out how to remove this stuff?

Honestly, the simplest option here is to just format everything. That usually gets rid of most issues.
From what I've seen, the only real solutions are to either do a firmware image install or hope that cleaning your system with a fresh reinstall will resolve the issue. Otherwise, you might need to get a new storage drive if you can't eliminate it.
Two of those programs aren't necessarily unsafe, they're just not needed. You can uninstall them and go about your day. However, if you truly think your computer has been compromised, it might be best to completely reformat your drive using bootable installation media.
When in doubt about your PC's safety, the best bet is to start fresh with a clean installation. This can really help clear out any potential malware.
