I'm on Windows 11 and usually careful, but I made a mistake by clicking a link to a game I recognized for beta testing, and I downloaded it. Now, I can still access my Gmail, but I've been locked out of my Discord. The worst part is that the hacker has sent screenshots of my Gmail account, but it's actually my dad's account. I quickly changed his Gmail password to something of mine, but I'm really freaking out. I can provide screenshots if needed. Please help me deal with this urgent situation!

First off, change your passwords immediately to something secure and completely unique – don’t use any you’ve previously used. Make sure to change passwords for any other accounts linked to that email too. Also, turn on multi-factor authentication if you haven’t already. That adds a layer of security.
You should take action on a different device if possible. Start by changing your key passwords like email, banking, and social media. Then, force log out from all other sessions on those accounts and enable two-factor authentication. You should also run a full system scan with a solid anti-malware program. Updating your OS and apps is also critical. Double-check your email settings for anything suspicious.
Another idea is to just reset your PC instead of just scanning. Sometimes it's cleaner to do a full reset.
