Hey everyone, so I made a huge mistake by unplugging my PC while it was in the middle of a wipe/reset, and now it seems like I've completely messed it up. I tried doing a fresh install of Windows using a USB, reset the CMOS, and even splurged on a new motherboard and SSD, but nothing seems to work. The PC can boot up, but I'm experiencing extreme performance issues. At first, it kept shutting off on boot, and then I got a message saying 'Windows has corrupted, reset to reinstall Windows'. I reinstalled Windows, but the problems persist. I'm really worried I've ruined my $2800 PC. Can someone help?

Sounds like your PC might be fine physically, but it's definitely having some major issues. Have you considered taking it to a local repair shop? They can often diagnose problems better than a DIY approach. Also, what were your old and new specs? Sometimes, if there's a mix of incompatible components, it can cause these kinds of performance issues.
Both of your motherboards are AM5, right? I had similar issues when switching parts. If you originally used a 2TB NVMe M.2 SSD and now swapped to a 1TB but still experience sluggish performance, it might point to another underlying issue. Ensure all your cables are securely connected and consider running some hardware diagnostics.
