Help Identifying a Bottleneck in My PC

I'm experiencing performance issues with my PC, where it's struggling to run games that shouldn't be too demanding. I've checked using the Can You Run It site, and it indicates that my CPU is the only component below the recommended specifications for the games I want to play. Can anyone confirm if the CPU is indeed the bottleneck, and what would be the best upgrade option for me?

I doubt it's just the CPU that's causing issues. Can you share a specific game and what FPS you're getting? It’s also worth checking your GPU usage during gameplay. Sometimes RAM can be the culprit as well.

In "Marvel's Rivals", for instance, I experience significant frame drops when things get chaotic, even on medium settings, where I've minimized water and shadows.

What version of Windows are you running? There's a known bug with the 25H2 update that can mess with DirectX 12, causing the sort of freezes you're describing, especially at higher resolutions.

Your setup seems solid overall. Can you provide more details about the issues you're facing? What games are causing problems, and what settings and resolutions are you using? Knowing your framerate would also help!
