I'm nearing graduation in college, but I have a confession: I really don't know how to code at all! I was placed in a BSIT program even though my passion lies in teaching or psychology. I didn't take my courses very seriously, and thankfully, my classmates helped me keep my grades up without actually understanding the coding myself. Now that I'm entering my final year and getting ready for my On-the-Job Training, I've decided to pursue a career in IT, but I feel lost in terms of programming knowledge. I'm eager to learn and make the most of my time before I graduate. Can anyone recommend some good YouTube channels, websites, or books that are great for complete beginners? I really appreciate any advice you can offer!

Honestly, have you thought about revisiting the textbooks you’ve been using for the past four years? They might have some useful info you’re missing out on!
YouTube is a goldmine for learning coding! I personally love channels like BroCode and FreeCodeCamp. They have some awesome videos that break down the basics really well. Also, W3Schools is a great resource for online tutorials. Definitely check them out!
You might want to check out the FAQ and the pinned threads! They often have curated lists of resources specifically for beginners looking to learn coding.
There are plenty of online resources available! Consider trying apps like SoloLearn or looking into various online courses. YouTube has tons of tutorials too, plus you can find some great programming books if that’s more your style.
Thank you so much! I remember W3Schools from my first year, but I struggled with it. I’ll look into those channels for foundational programming concepts!
