Help! I’m Stuck in BIOS and Can’t Boot My PC

I had previously installed Windows 11 and set up my games and apps, but I wanted to tweak some BIOS settings for better performance, specifically enabling ReBar. However, whenever I try to exit BIOS, my screen goes black for a moment and then it just returns me to the BIOS screen. I tried unplugging the power supply, but when I turn the PC back on, it just takes me back to the BIOS. I attempted to use the boot sequence option, but there are no bootable devices listed. I even tried booting from the USB drive I used to install Windows, which also has Ventoy on it, but nothing worked when I got to the Windows repair screen. Is there any way to boot back into Windows without losing my data, or will I have to reinstall everything?

Have you checked if your GPU actually supports ReBAR? Sometimes other BIOS settings like secure boot or UEFI mode can be the culprits. If those settings were tweaked, that might be what’s causing the boot issues rather than just enabling ReBAR. A good practice is to get all your BIOS settings sorted out before installing the OS.

My GPU is the Intel Arc a750, and I think it does support ReBAR. I enabled fast boot and changed the operating mode to easy mode, but I did that after getting stuck in BIOS a few times.

It's really crucial to have backups before messing with BIOS settings. You might want to consider resetting your BIOS settings to default to see if that helps you boot again. Just remember to back up your files if you can access them again!
