Help! I’m Stuck on a Windows 11 Reset Error

I'm really worried right now. I tried resetting my PC using a USB drive, but now I'm facing an error that says, 'it looks like you started an upgrade and booted from installation media.' When I remove the USB and click 'yes', it just takes me to the BIOS, but there's nothing in the bootable section—no SSD or USB to select. If I click 'no', I get an error message saying that Windows had a problem updating. What should I do?

No boot options can be super stressful! If you're stuck at the BIOS screen and what’s supposed to be bootable isn’t listed, it could be a hardware issue or just settings that need to be configured. Have you tried restoring default BIOS settings? Sometimes that can help reset things back into a workable state.

It sounds like you're in a bit of a bind! When you remove the USB and hit 'yes,' just leave it alone for a while to see if it can boot into Windows. It can be tempting to mess with the BIOS, but sometimes it just needs time. Don’t hit any keys, let it do its thing! Maybe give it a few minutes and see what happens.

I totally get how frustrating this can be. Since you’re not seeing anything in the boot priority section, it might mean that your system can't detect your SSD or USB properly. You could try going into the advanced settings in BIOS, but make sure you have backups of your data, just in case. Have you checked all the physical connections of your SSD?
