1. I reset my password.
2. It prompted me to verify my payment method, but when I entered my valid CVC, it said it was incorrect.
3. I changed the CVC in my mobile app and tried again, but it still wasn't accepted.
4. I thought I'd workaround this by logging into Apple Music to update my payment to a different card, which worked, but I got the same issue when I tried to use that card.
5. I removed all payment methods, and suddenly they asked for a phone number for 2FA. Even after entering the number and the verification code, I encountered random errors.
6. I tried multiple phone numbers and verification methods, but nothing worked and I got rate limited.
7. After waiting 24 hours, it was still the same mess.
8. I even switched to PayPal, but it just pushed me to enter a verification code that ended up giving me an 'unknown error.'
9. I tried phone billing too, but no luck. It's like I'm in this loop of frustration.
I can't find a way to contact support directly since their accounts don't allow DMs and the support app is only for iPhone. Has anyone else faced this issue and found a resolution? My account region is The Netherlands, so that might be important too.
