Hey everyone! I'm a broke university student trying to upgrade my PC using some parts I already have. I currently own a 2TB hard drive, a 2TB SSD, a Ryzen 7 5800X 8-core processor, an MSI B550 motherboard, and 32GB of RipJaws DDR4 RAM. What I really need are a graphics card, some cooling fans, a case, and a power supply, all for under $1000. My goal is to be able to live stream and run AAA games at over 144 frames per second with high to ultra settings. Any recommendations? Also, if anyone happens to have spare parts they could donate, that would be incredibly helpful!

You've got a solid CPU! I recommend looking at the Nvidia 5070 Ti for a graphics card. It's great for running streams since it uses the NVENC encoder which offloads some work from your CPU. You don't need to spend money on a whole new system; just focus on the GPU and you'll be set.

For the power supply, a reliable 750W unit should be perfect. As for case fans, I found a 3-pack of Thermalright fans for around $15, and the Montech XR case is a nice and affordable option. Save as much budget as you can for that GPU!
