I'm venturing into building my first gaming PC and need some guidance! My budget is set at $1250 maximum, but my knowledge of PC parts and terms is pretty limited. I've done my best to piece together some components, but I could really use some advice on if there are any parts that are unnecessary or features I might be missing out on. Here's my build so far: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/8VFJ9C. Any feedback would be awesome!

I put together a revised build that maximizes your budget while increasing quality. You can find the list here: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/4Y7rgn. It includes a solid GPU, fast SSD, and a great monitor that fits within your budget. You might have some minor aesthetic choices for the case, but it's all about getting the best performance! Let me know what you think!
I'd say while your initial idea for a build is decent, you should really consider making some upgrades, particularly with your GPU. In the current market, the RX 9060 XT offers much better value. It’ll last longer and perform a lot better in modern games. However, don't forget about cooling solutions; a good air cooler can keep your CPU’s performance stable without breaking the bank!
I tinkered with your list and made some changes that might save you some cash while boosting performance. Check this out: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/RCZB3w. I switched the power supply for a cheaper yet reliable model and picked a case that comes with four pre-installed fans, which is a deal at that price. You could drop to a 1TB SSD to save some money too!
Looks like your original PCPartPicker link was broken. You might want to re-upload it. Alternatively, you can use a permalink that keeps your build intact. This will help everyone give you better advice!
The RTX 3060 you've chosen is a bit outdated compared to what you could get for your budget. If you're open to it, there are far better options available right now that offer a better performance-to-price ratio. Have you considered looking into something like the RX 9060 XT? It has 16GB of RAM and will really enhance your gaming experience without stretching your budget too much!
Yeah, I totally get where you're coming from! The RX 9060 XT seems to be a great option, especially if you're into gaming at high settings.
Nice tweaks! I think the case with extra fans is definitely worth it, especially for airflow.
