I'm planning to build a budget gaming PC due to the current economic situation and scalpers driving prices up. I'm considering getting an OptiPlex 7050 MT that comes with an i7 7700 (but it doesn't have RAM or storage, which I can buy separately). I want to add a TeamGroup MP33 1TB NVMe M.2 SSD and 16GB of DDR4 2400MHz RAM. The big question for me is what GPU to pair it with. I don't have any other PCs besides an old Vaio laptop with an i3 from generation 3. Additionally, I might need suggestions for a monitor with more than 60Hz refresh rate, along with a keyboard and mouse for a complete setup.

Honestly, bottlenecks are unavoidable in any setup. Sometimes your GPU will bottleneck your CPU and vice versa depending on the game. Don't stress too much about it. What’s your budget, by the way? Have you checked out the used market for better deals?
