Help Me Figure Out This Odd “Heartbeat” Noise from My New PC Build

Hey everyone! I recently built a new PC with all new components, except for four 3.5" HDDs. I've started noticing a constant "heartbeat" noise that goes off every second. It sounds rhythmic and doesn't seem to stop. I'm trying to pinpoint where it's coming from, and I suspect it might be the fans or the hard drives. I've linked a video [here](https://imgur.com/a/3YheM9x) (turn the volume up). Any ideas on what this could be? Thanks in advance!

I actually do have an AIO cooler! It’s this one [AIO](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D1K859GT). Do you think it could be the pump making that noise? If so, would that be a bad sign?

That's strange! Do you have an AIO cooler installed? That could be the source of the noise.
