I recently created a USB drive using Rufus to load an ISO image of Endeavour OS, but I'm a bit lost on the next steps to fully install Linux. I'm using a ThinkPad E14 laptop (Type 20RA) and would appreciate any guidance on how to proceed with the installation process. Thanks in advance for your support!

Access your UEFI/BIOS by figuring out which key works for your PC (you can look that up). Once inside, find the Boot Order settings and make sure your USB drive is set as the primary boot device. Insert the USB and follow the instructions on the screen.
If this is your first time with Linux, I suggest starting with a more beginner-friendly distribution, like Kubuntu LTS or Linux Mint. Endeavour OS is based on Arch Linux, which requires a bit more setup and familiarity with the terminal, so it might not be ideal for first-timers. The Long Term Support (LTS) versions are also more stable and have longer support.
For more detailed instructions, check out [these installation tips](https://discovery.endeavouros.com/category/installation/). It's often recommended to install while connected via ethernet and remember to remove the USB once the installation is complete!
First, plug in your USB stick and then boot your laptop. Press the F2 key (or the key needed for your BIOS setup) right after you power it on. Once in the BIOS, change the boot order to prioritize the USB drive so it loads first. Save the settings, and then the Linux installer should launch, guiding you through the rest of the installation process.
