I'm putting together a new PC build and I've got it laid out here: I'd love any advice on how to save some cash or make improvements! I'm aiming for around 120 FPS at 1440p with high/ultra settings (I'll be using frame generation too). I'm using Ethernet for my connection as well. Check out the parts I've chosen and let me know if you have any suggestions!

Instead of the Asus B650E-E motherboard, I suggest going for a B850 model that's not from ASUS or ASRock. Also, consider swapping to a Peerless Assassin or Phantom Spirit for your cooler, and look into CL30 6000 RAM for better performance at a similar price.

Here’s a suggestion: your total could be cut down by getting a Gigabyte B850 GAMING X WIFI6E motherboard and a Thermalright Phantom Spirit cooler—just $34.90! The RAM and storage options are good, but try a TEAMGROUP drive for better savings. Also, you could upgrade to a better monitor for just $20 more, which is totally worth it!

You might be overspending on your power supply—a 1000W is likely more than you need here. The TDP for the 5080 is around 360W, and the 7800X3D is only about 120W, so something like a 700W is probably sufficient. Also, consider picking up a used case; they really don’t change that much and you can save around $150 that way!
