Hey folks, I'm really struggling with micro stuttering issues in games with my PC setup, and it's making gameplay frustrating. I'm looking for any insights, tips, or tweaks that I might have overlooked. Here are my specs: Ryzen 5 5600 CPU, RTX 2070 GPU, 16GB DDR4 3200MHz RAM in dual channel, MSI A520M PRO motherboard, and I'm running Windows 11. The main issue I'm facing is occasional FPS drops in the 1% lows, even though my temperatures are normal. The CPU and GPU usage stay below 100%, and my RAM isn't full. I've noticed the micro stutter a lot in games like Mafia II, Mafia III, and Resident Evil 3 and 4. On the other hand, titles like Valorant and Skate seem to have more stable performance, but I can still see some FPS dips. I've already tried a ton of stuff, including full background optimizations, BIOS tweaks, and multiple driver updates. I'm wondering if anyone has successfully fixed micro stuttering on Ryzen and RTX rigs without compromising on RAM speed or performance. Are there any hidden tweaks or settings I could be missing? Thanks a bunch for any advice!

What kind of storage device are you using? If you haven't switched to an SSD, especially NVMe M.2, that might be worth considering as it could help with performance and reduce stuttering.
