Hey everyone! I'm having trouble with my USB switch hub (UGREEN USB Switch 2PC with 1C3A 3.0 Ports). I recently set up three peripherals that use 2.4GHz dongles: a mouse, a keyboard, and a separate numpad. The problem is that the third dongle just won't register with the switch – it doesn't matter which device I swap around; only the first two connected dongles work. I even tried using an extension cable for one of the dongles to check if it was a proximity issue, but that didn't change anything. Has anyone else dealt with this kind of problem, or does anyone know how I can fix it? I appreciate any insights!

It sounds like your hub might not be getting enough power to handle all three devices simultaneously. Have you plugged in the optional USB-C power supply? That might help with the power distribution.
Just a heads-up, I also tested one of the devices using a wired connection instead of the dongle, and that setup works fine. But I really want to avoid that as a long-term solution.
Thanks for the suggestion! I actually have connected the power supply, and the outlet I'm using supports [email protected]. I haven't tried a different power source or cable yet, though.
