I recently built a PC for my friend and ran into a frustrating issue—the XFX 9060XT graphics card won't produce a display on either DisplayPort or HDMI. Here's what I've already tried: I updated the BIOS on an Asrock B650M Pro RS motherboard, installed the latest chipset driver for AMD, switched out the RAM, and even tested the 9060XT in my own rig where I have a 9070XT, but still no luck. I've made sure that all connections are secure too. Does anyone have any suggestions before I tell my friend to RMA the GPU?

I had a similar issue once! Make sure to check the PSU cable connections, especially if you have a modular PSU. They can be tricky to plug in properly. Also, ensure that the GPU is fully seated in the PCI-E slot. If you've done all that and it still won't display, try testing the GPU in another motherboard to see if it’s actually working.
If the GPU isn’t working on both systems, you might be dealing with a faulty graphics card. It's likely time to consider sending it back if nothing else works.
Thanks, that's kind of what I suspected. I just wanted to exhaust all options first.
Quick question—are the fans on the GPU even spinning? That can be a telltale sign if it’s getting power or not.
The fans do spin, and the XFX light on the GPU is lit up too.
It's not a modular PSU, and I tested it in my own rig, but still no display.
