Help! My Acer Nitro 50 is Crashing During Use

I recently bought an Acer Nitro 50 prebuilt gaming PC, and I'm facing some issues with it crashing unexpectedly. I'm running Windows 11 and, interestingly enough, the crashes seem to happen mostly when I'm playing Roblox. When it crashes, the screen goes black and then I hear a series of beeps: a long beep followed by two short ones. Here are the specs of my system: CPU: Ryzen 7 7700, GPU: AMD RX 7600 (8 GB), 32 GB RAM, and a 1 TB SSD. If you need any more details about my setup, just let me know!

How tech-savvy are you? First thing I'd suggest is to ensure that all your drivers are up-to-date, including the BIOS. Since it's a prebuilt, it should have the latest ones, but it doesn't hurt to double-check. If the crashes only happen with Roblox, there's a chance the current GPU driver isn't playing nice with the game. I had a similar issue with an older driver when playing Escape from Tarkov and needed to roll back. If that’s not the case, it might be a power issue; your setup should handle it, but just keep that in mind!

I updated the drivers using AMD's tool, but skipped the BIOS update. Should I go ahead and do that too?

It sounds like you might be dealing with a graphics card error, often referred to as a video adapter initialization error. This could stem from a few things like a faulty graphics card, it not being seated properly in the PCIe slot, or even issues with the motherboard or power supply. It’s quite the list, unfortunately! I’d recommend checking the physical connections and making sure everything is snug.

Wow, that's a lot to consider! What's the best approach to troubleshoot it?
