Hey everyone! I recently reset my all-in-one computer to try and fix some issues, but unfortunately, it's acting up even worse than before. During the reset process, it started to freeze slightly when I was doing updates, and I assumed it was just the updates causing problems. Once all updates finished, the freezing persisted, and I'm at my wit's end here. This machine is my main work tool, and I really need to get it sorted out. It's puzzling because I know others with the same model who have had no issues at all. My specs are:
- Processor: AMD E1-6015 APU with Radeon(TM) HD Graphics 1.40 GHz
- Installed RAM: 8.00 GB (7.69 GB usable)
- Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 8200/R3 Series (237MB)
- Storage: 932GB HDD WDC WD10EZEX-60WN4A0
Any ideas on what could be causing this?

You might want to consider doing a clean install of Windows instead of just a reset. Sometimes, resets can leave behind issues that you might not notice right away. Wiping the drive clean and starting fresh could solve the freezing problem. Just make sure to back up your files first!

I totally hear you! I've done a reset before and thought it would work, but I’m not sure about wiping the whole drive. It feels daunting, and I'm worried I might mess something up.
