I've recently received a new iPhone as a gift from someone in the U.S., but I'm having a major issue. I created a new Apple ID, but it's been locked. I've tried to recover it a couple of times, but each time my requests were denied, and now I can't make any more recovery attempts. To make matters worse, I can't even remove the Apple ID from my phone, as it requires me to log in with a password, which isn't working. I'm really stuck and can't find any way to contact Apple for assistance. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, if the phone is locked and you don't have the original proof of purchase, it might be really tough to get it unlocked. It's generally a hard requirement.
Have you checked if you have the original proof of purchase for the iPhone? That might be key to getting support from Apple.
I only have the online bank receipt from my purchase. Do you think that will work?

Do you know if the Apple Store where the phone was picked up could provide proof of purchase with the order number and my ID?
