I received a notification from Apple saying I need to log into my Apple ID, but when I try, I get an unknown error. I've also attempted to reset my password and request access, but it says access has been denied. I called Apple support, and a senior advisor told me there's nothing that can be done; I have to create a new account and lose all my images and messages. I haven't backed up my phone in years! This is absolutely devastating. Has anyone else experienced this, and how did you resolve it?

Before jumping to conclusions, are you sure this isn't a phishing attempt? Some users have reported getting fake emails and mistakenly giving away their info. Just a thought!
Yeah, I don't see how this would happen otherwise...it seems super unlikely.
