Recently, my access to Bedrock models just stopped without any notice. One day, everything was fine, and the next day, I received this error: `ValidationException Error 002: Access to Bedrock models is not allowed for this account.` I was using the API normally and had spent around $40 in just two days before this happened. I've checked all the basics: my quotas are fine, TPMs are still assigned, and everything else looks good including my billing and account settings. The error message has even changed format recently, going from a simpler warning to this new structured one. I've opened a support ticket, but responses have been sparse and unhelpful. Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated!

I’m running into the same problem. It seems like support is really slow, and I've seen multiple users talk about this issue. Switching to GCP isn't a solid option either due to the outrageous costs others have reported. Maybe Azure could be worth a shot?
What specific model were you trying to access? It might help narrow down if others have faced similar issues with those models!
I've heard of quite a few cases like this, and it feels like the support for Bedrock has been lacking recently. I stopped using it because I got tired of these kinds of issues without resolution. Maybe consider looking into alternative services? You’re not alone in this!

Yeah, Azure could be a safer bet. I've been hesitant to switch, but if Bedrock isn’t reliable, it might be time to explore new options.
