I recently bought a Bluetooth dongle and was able to connect my earbuds without any issues. However, I'm struggling to connect my RK-61 Bluetooth keyboard. My phone's Bluetooth settings can see the keyboard, but it doesn't show up on my PC. What should I do? I found out that pressing Fn+Q on the keyboard for a few seconds solved my problem, but I'd love to understand what might have been going wrong in the first place.

If you've confirmed that both the dongle and the keyboard support Bluetooth 5.1, it should be fine. Sometimes helper software from the keyboard's manufacturer can help with connectivity issues, so checking their website could give you some additional tips.
The RK-61 actually comes with its own dongle for a reason! If you’re using a different dongle, it might not work properly. Try using the original one that came with your keyboard, and see if that solves the connection issue.
First off, double-check that your keyboard is in Bluetooth mode. There’s usually a switch for that. Also, make sure you're using the Bluetooth model of the RK-61, as it might be trying to connect through a different method. If you have already flipped the switch, that’s a good step.
