I accidentally kicked my Bluetooth USB dongle, and now it's damaged. My Astro A20 wireless headphones won't work without it. Is there any way to fix it? I do have a soldering iron but can't upload a picture for some reason. Any advice would be appreciated!

Yeah, unfortunately, unless you can get the same dongle, you're likely out of luck. If it’s just a broken connection inside, you might be able to re-solder some parts if you can identify the issue. Otherwise, you might have to buy a replacement.

If the dongle is physically damaged, it might be tricky to repair. You could try to see if it's just a small connection issue that can be fixed with your soldering iron. However, keep in mind that for the Astro A20, you won't be able to replace it with a standard Bluetooth dongle since it uses a proprietary wireless connection. You really need the original dongle for your headset to function.

I get that accidents happen! Just be careful with soldering - it can be a bit finicky. Check the connections inside the dongle carefully, and if you can’t fix it, you'll likely need to find a replacement online.
