I woke up this morning and turned on my PC, but I got a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD). I let it go through the auto repair process, and it seemed fine afterwards—it even showed that my ethernet was connected. However, whenever I try to do anything online, it shows the 'no internet' symbol. I've tried changing the DNS settings (the troubleshooter said the DNS isn't responding), used different ethernet cables, updated all my drivers, and even did a fresh install of Windows. I'm beginning to think it's a hardware issue, but I was still able to access my local IP to change the router settings, which leaves me a bit confused. I had a couple of BSODs about a month ago, but I ignored them, and now I'm regretting it. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and I can provide any images or further details if needed!

It sounds like you're dealing with a frustrating issue! First off, you should check for any dump files from the BSOD, as they can help diagnose what's going wrong. If you can boot into Windows normally or via Safe Mode, check the C:WindowsMinidump folder for any files. If you find some, zip them up and upload them to a file sharing site like catbox.moe or mediafire.com. Multiple dump files can provide better insight, so if you have to, follow a guide to configure Windows to create small memory dumps. That might lead us to the root of your problem!
Honestly, it sounds like your computer may be in pretty rough shape. If it's causing you this much trouble, I'd consider starting fresh with a new setup if possible. But if you're heavily reliant on this PC for work and leisure, I completely understand wanting to fix it instead. Just know that it might take some trial and error to get everything back to normal.

I really want to repair it! My whole life is tied to this PC for work and downtime.
