I think I might have been hacked. I haven't downloaded anything suspicious lately, but just now, all my desktop icons got scrambled, and I can't use the Win+R shortcut. My antivirus (Malwarebytes free version) didn't find anything, and I'm not sure how to use Windows Defender properly. Can anyone help?
