I pressed a shortcut for the Xbox Game Bar by accident and ended up disabling it and uninstalling it. Now, my computer is running really laggy, like I can't even play Roblox without huge performance issues. My FPS shows around 100, but I'm genuinely getting about 20 FPS, and my monitor refresh rate is 120Hz. What can I do to fix this?

If you're looking for a more drastic solution, some users suggest a clean install of Windows, but given how much work that can be, maybe try troubleshooting your current setup first. You might get better performance back without that hassle!
Have you tried checking your graphics settings? Sometimes when things get messed up, your game settings might revert to lower performance settings. Also, make sure your drivers are up to date. It could also help to check if there are any background applications using up resources.
Yeah, checking the settings can help a lot! I had a similar issue and just adjusting my graphics settings did the trick.
I get it! Reinstalling Windows feels like a lot just for this issue. Start with the smaller tweaks first!
