I'm really stuck with my computer right now. Every time I try to leave the BIOS, it just boots right back into it. I don't feel comfortable messing around with BIOS settings since my tech knowledge is pretty limited. I doubt it's a hardware issue because I take care of my computer, and I've only had it for about a year. Initially, I was dealing with some ping issues, which my cousin suggested might be fixed by updating my NVIDIA driver. When I rolled back the driver, the issues seemed to improve, but things got worse with random blue screens and ping spikes. I don't know how I ended up here! My setup has an MSI GEFORCE RTX 4060, and it was built by Thermaltake. Any ideas on how to get out of this BIOS loop?

When you power on, does your motherboard make any beeping sounds or light up in a certain way? Those can tell you if there's an issue with your hardware. If everything seems fine but it still boots into BIOS, it could very well be your hard drive, so checking that connection is key.
It sounds like your boot drive might have failed, causing your PC to drop directly into BIOS since it can't find an OS to boot from. Try making a bootable USB on another computer—like a Windows or Linux installer. Plug that into your PC and see if it boots from the USB instead of going back to BIOS.
Definitely check if your hard drive may be dead. Unplugging and replugging it can sometimes help. Also, check your BIOS settings; your Boot Order might be incorrect, causing it to look for an OS in the wrong place. If there’s nothing bootable, it goes back to BIOS.
