I've been dealing with frequent crashes on my computer. I get a blue screen that says "your computer ran into an error and needs to restart." After rebooting, it gets stuck at the Lenovo loading screen for a long time, and I have to power it off to get it to start again. I checked the hardware and it seems fine. I ran Malwarebytes, which quarantined a virus named "Malware.AI.211222122," but my computer crashed again soon after, and now the antivirus won't even open. What is this virus, and how can I get rid of it? I'm really needing some help here!

Just a heads up, if things get worse and you can’t boot into Windows or safe mode, a factory reset may become your last resort. But if that's also failing, you might consider reinstalling Windows from a USB on a working system. If even that doesn’t work, you could be looking at a hardware issue. Good luck!
It sounds like you're dealing with a tough situation. The "Malware.AI" tag indicates that it's a virus detected by Malwarebytes' machine learning. It could be a serious issue, or just a false alarm. Given the crashes, it's likely more than just a corrupted file. If you can still access Windows or Safe Mode, try checking C:WindowsMinidump for crash logs. You can upload those for more detailed analysis.

Thanks for the advice! I’ll try the USB method if I can’t get into Windows.
