I recently encountered a DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (0x9F) BSOD on my computer. After running both sfc /scannow and DISM, I still face issues. Windows Updates keeps trying to install certain drivers like Bluetooth and networking ones but they never seem to stay installed. They reappear as needed after I restart my computer. I've reset the Windows Update service and checked the event viewer, but I'm not sure where to go from here. Any advice?

It might be easier to grab the drivers directly from the manufacturer’s website instead of relying on Windows Update. Sometimes those updates can create more problems than they solve.
What driver seemed to cause this issue? Sounds like it might be related to Intel drivers. Are the updates for those drivers consistently showing up for you? If you can find the driver causing the problem, we can troubleshoot it better.
This often happens when Windows Update clashes with existing Intel drivers. Try unplugging your network connection or pausing updates. In Device Manager, enable hidden devices and remove all Intel-related entries. If the system lets you delete them, go for it and reboot. Once that's done, source the drivers directly from your OEM's site. If all else fails and the loop continues, sometimes it’s quicker to reimage the system than to keep troubleshooting.
