I recently had my computer reset after contacting support. They restarted it and removed all my third-party downloads, and now it won't turn back on. The lights are on, and it seems to be running, but my monitors are black. I'm unsure what to do next—should I just leave it, or would it be safe to turn it off and on again using the power button? I'm also concerned about losing my files, even though support assured me they would be okay.

Are you sure you reached out to legitimate Microsoft support? It's worth checking because scammers sometimes impersonate them. But if you did contact them directly through their site, then that should be fine.
