I'm having trouble with my Dell Inspiron 7437 – it just won't boot up. The machine beeps five times and the display looks odd. I'm wondering if this could be a coin cell battery issue or if it's something more serious. Should I consider replacing the coin cell battery? Check out this video for a better look at the problem: https://imgur.com/a/QY0KR3D.

Hey! So, while some Dell manuals indicate that five beeps could point to a CMOS battery failure, it actually sounds like you might be looking at a different issue here. It could be related to the GPU or CPU. If you’re lucky, it might just be the RAM, but you should check that first since it’s swappable in some models.

I think I've heard the RAM is soldered onto the motherboard in this model. Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot further to pinpoint the problem?
