I recently did some maintenance on my Dell R720 server, including applying new thermal paste to the CPU and cleaning the fans. Everything was fine after the maintenance, but about a week later, I discovered that the server was powered off, possibly due to a power outage. When I tried to boot it back up, I got a BSOD with the stop code 'inaccessible boot device', which sent me to the recovery environment after rebooting.
The server has a RAID 1 configuration with two Samsung SSDs and a RAID 10 setup with five HDDs. I've tried a few things to resolve the issue, including switching SATA settings from AHCI to RAID and back again, checking the UEFI boot settings, replacing the CMOS battery, and running various commands like fixboot, rebuildbcd, and DISM without any luck. The RAID configuration utility shows no problems and reports everything is optimal. I do have an external drive with snapshots, but I'd prefer not to restore those unless necessary, as I'm unsure if the issue is hardware or software. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

It sounds like your RAID volume is functional, but the OS might be corrupted. Try booting from a different OS, like a live USB, to see if your data is accessible. That way, you can back up any important files if needed.
Have you checked the IDRAC and Dell OpenManage logs? They can provide insights that might help with diagnosing the issue. Sometimes they contain useful error messages that point towards what's going wrong.
It seems like you might have faced an interrupted update rollback that's missing some drivers. If nothing works with DISM, you might need to consider restoring from a backup. If you have a 'windows.old' folder, check it for any drivers you could copy back to your system.
