I'm having trouble with both my Discord and Riot Games clients. Whenever I try to open Discord, it either freezes on the starting screen or shows me a black screen. For the Riot client, I sometimes manage to get it open, but Valorant won't start at all. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Information like whether you're on a laptop or desktop, what operating system you're using (like Windows 10 or 11), and whether you're on Wi-Fi or Ethernet is useful.
I'm on a desktop with Windows 11. I've tried restarting my PC, clearing the cache, and reinstalling the apps. I use Ethernet and don’t have a VPN, and my internet is working fine with other apps.
