I've been struggling with Microsoft 360 products for about five months now. After spending several days on tech support, I managed to get some of them working, but Excel just won't cooperate. I've tried a bunch of things including restarting my system, reinstalling the software, deleting backups before reinstalling, and even checking the executable shortcuts. I'm running Windows 11 and I really need help getting Excel to work properly. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I noticed you didn't specify what happens when you try to open Excel. Can you elaborate? What error messages do you see, if any?
Could you clarify if you're using a Mac, PC, or an iPad/iPhone? Also, when you try to open Excel, what exactly happens? If you're on Windows, you might want to check the Event Viewer for application logs when Excel fails to open—this can give insights into the problem. Also, you mentioned reinstalling iOS; did you mean your OS? Are you really using an Apple device for this?
Oops, I meant to say it's Windows 11! When I try to open Excel, it tells me it can't find the EXE file, but I fixed that. Now, Excel still crashes right when I try to open it.

It crashes immediately as soon as I open it. No error messages at all.
