I'm currently interning at a startup, but I feel like I'm not gaining the skills I need for my career. A lot of my time goes into debugging and working on tasks I already know how to do. I really want to explore new technologies and concepts, but my workload makes it hard to do so. Meanwhile, my peers seem to be learning and growing with their assignments. What can I do to make the most of my internship experience?

Have you considered asking your supervisor for different responsibilities? It could really help you gain exposure to new areas. Worst case, just keep at it and get that experience on your resume!
Try introducing a couple of minor bugs on purpose. Just enough to get moved to a tech stack you're interested in! Just kidding, kind of. Seriously though, communication is key. Talk to your team about what you want to learn.
Remember, internships aren't just about hard skills. They're also about handling workplace stress and learning to fit in with a team. Try to have lunch with different colleagues and ask them about their experiences. You’ll learn more about the business and build your network!

That's a great point! Building relationships is super important and can open up new opportunities later on.
