I'm building my first PC, but I'm running into an issue where my monitor won't turn on and displays a 'no signal' message. I've tried connecting both DisplayPort and HDMI cables, and I've tested both the GPU and motherboard connections. I've even tried using a TV and my monitor, but nothing seems to work. What could be causing this problem?

Could you share your parts list? Sometimes, knowing the specific components helps to troubleshoot better. It's possible that something isn't compatible or there's a setup issue waiting to be uncovered.
It sounds like your GPU might not be seated properly in the motherboard. Double-check that all power connectors are plugged in as well. Those are common culprits for issues like this. If you've checked those and it's still not working, there might be something else going on.
