Help! My Gaming PC Won’t Boot After Trying to Reset BIOS

I was given a gaming PC and wanted to do a fresh install of Windows using a USB drive. I encountered some trouble getting into the BIOS, so I asked for advice and tried to follow it. Unfortunately, I couldn't enter the BIOS using the hotkey; it just booted straight into Windows. When I attempted to enter BIOS through advanced startup options, the screen remained black with a white VGA light on. Eventually, I was told to reset the CMOS by removing the battery, but now the PC won't boot at all and has both the VGA and BOOT lights lit up. I'm pretty new to all this, so I would greatly appreciate any help! Here are the specs: ASUS ROG Strix motherboard, RTX 3060ti graphics card, and two 8GB G.Skill RAM sticks. Let me know if you need more info!

Restarting the BIOS was a good call. Sometimes fast boot settings can make it tricky to access the BIOS menu. What monitor are you using? Could you upload a picture of the back of your PC?

I'm using a monitor that only has an HDMI connection, and it's connected to the graphics card. I've attached a photo.
