I'm considering building a PC with these specifications: MSI MPG A750BN Power Supply (750W), Samsung 990 Pro SSD, Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut thermal paste, be quiet! Pure Loop 3 LX 240mm cooler, Intel Core i9-13900K CPU, NZXT H6 Air Flow Mid Tower Case, ASUS PRIME B760-PLUS D4 motherboard, and GIGABYTE Nvidia GeForce RTX 5060 Ti Gaming OC FH Trio (8 GB) graphics card, along with G.SKILL Ripjaws V 32GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4 at 3600 MHz. Will this work well together, or do I need to make adjustments?

You might want to rethink the i9-13900K; it's a powerhouse but can be overkill, especially paired with the 5060 Ti. It’s more efficient to go for something like the 7800X3D or 9800X3D if gaming is your main focus. Plus, 8GB VRAM on the GPU may limit you in modern games. Consider a 360mm cooler for better thermals, and the 990 Pro SSD is on the pricier side; alternatives like the Crucial P510 are often cheaper and perform well. Definitely do some price checks before proceeding!

The 240mm AIO cooler might struggle to keep the i9-13900K cool, especially if you're pushing it hard. Plus, the motherboard's VRM quality isn't really suited for such a powerful CPU. I'd lean towards using a 13600K or 14600K unless you really need the extra cores. If you stick with the 13900K, consider a higher wattage PSU, around 850W or even 1000W, to give you headroom for a potential GPU upgrade in the future.

Looking at your build, it seems a bit mismatched. While the i9-13900K is an impressive CPU, it's quite hot and power-hungry, and the 240mm cooler isn't ideal for it. If you're trying to save money, think about a less demanding CPU. The RAM choice is good for cost-saving, but if you're looking at performance more than price, reevaluate the i9 and the motherboard choice. You might do better with upgrading your GPU, focusing on getting a more balanced build.
