Hey everyone, I'm pretty stressed out right now. I had 11 Google tabs open (I know, that's a bit much, but they were all important!), and suddenly they all closed on their own. I tried hitting 'restore', but nothing happened. Then, I checked my history to manually restore them, but they're gone too. I'm really hoping there's a way to get them back. Any good news would be appreciated!

The reason your details might not be saved could be the type of website you were using. Some sites don’t automatically save what you input unless you click 'submit'. So if the page closes unexpectedly, your info could be lost.
Honestly, it's a good practice to only keep a couple of tabs open at a time. It helps avoid situations like this. But for now, CTRL+SHIFT+T is usually a lifesaver—just a shame it didn't work for you.
If you were previously logged into Chrome and suddenly aren’t, or vice versa, that might explain why the tabs are unrestoreable. Try logging in or out, then checking your history again.
Unfortunately, there's no good news here. Once tabs are closed, they're usually gone for good unless you've bookmarked them. That's why it's smart to bookmark important sites instead of just keeping them open.
You might want to try pressing CTRL + Shift + T, as that can reopen recently closed tabs. Also, if you're logged into Chrome, check if you've synced with another device to see if those tabs are saved there.
That shortcut now opens an unrelated program on my computer instead, and I think my history isn’t there because of an issue with my account.
Yeah, it sounds like Chrome might not recognize your previous session. If you’ve synced, checking on another device could help!
I hit submit on the forms before, so I thought it would be saved. Now it seems like something’s not working right with the restore feature.
