Help! My GPU Upgrade Isn’t Working – Monitors Won’t Turn On

Hey everyone! I was really looking forward to upgrading my graphics card from an RTX 3060 to an RTX 5060 Ti in my Alienware R13. I've already upgraded my power supply from 750W to 1350W, and the 3060 runs fine with it. However, when I swap in the new 5060 Ti, my monitors just say 'Display not on.' Going back to the 3060 makes everything work again. I've already uninstalled the old drivers, but that didn't solve the issue. Is there anyone here with a bit of PC expertise who can help me figure this out?

Double-check whether you’re using HDMI for one GPU and DisplayPort for the other. It might be worth ensuring your monitor is set to the right input in the OSD settings.

I’ve already switched between both DisplayPort and HDMI settings with different cables. Good thought, but I’m still having issues.

Make sure the PCIe 8-pin connector from your PSU is securely connected to the GPU. Also, have you updated your BIOS? Sometimes compatibility issues pop up with pre-built systems and third-party components. If you have another PC available, it might help to test the GPU there too.

The RGB light on the GPU is on, so I think it's connected to the PSU? But the fans are not spinning. Unfortunately, I don’t have access to another computer to test it.
