Hey everyone! I'm having a major issue with my iPhone 11 Pro Max. It's been stuck in a boot loop for about two and a half weeks now. The device powers on for roughly 4 minutes before resetting itself again. I'm unable to perform a factory reset because I have important photos on the phone that I really don't want to lose. I've managed to clear up 14GB of space on my 256GB device, but that hasn't resolved the problem. I also can't access the Wi-Fi settings to try and troubleshoot online. Any suggestions on how I might get it out of this loop or at least recover my data?

Honestly, your best bet might be to take it to Apple. Given how old the phone is, combined with the battery’s health and your storage concerns, it could be tough to recover everything. If it's a total loss, you may end up needing to restore from iCloud on a new device.
If you're really aiming to keep your data safe, I'd recommend taking it to a reputable repair shop first. Just make sure they know your data isn't backed up. They might have better options for recovering your photos without wiping the device.
Thanks for the tip! Do you have any idea about the cost or time frame for that kind of service? Is there a clear advantage to going to a local shop rather than Apple?

Does the fact that I can still see all my photos and passwords while it's on mean anything for recovery? I'm just trying to understand the tech better.
