Hey everyone! I recently bought a renewed iPhone 13 from Amazon, but it's been a nightmare. The power and volume buttons don't work, and I can't update it—it's stuck on iOS 16. I attempted to use my computer to update it, but nothing happens when I click update. I even tried a third-party app, Reiboot, to get it into recovery mode since I can't manually do it. But now it's stuck in recovery mode, and to get it out, I have to pay for the full version of Reiboot. I really don't want to spend more money on repairs; I just need some guidance on what to do!

Sounds like the refurbishing was really poorly done if the buttons aren't even working. You should definitely consider getting your money back. It's unacceptable to sell a device in that condition!
Do you think trading it in for a new one is an option? I mean, besides the button issues, the screen and other functions are alright.
