I've been having a frustrating issue with my HP laptop running Windows 11. It connects to the WiFi network just fine, but there's no internet access. My phone and my family's laptops work perfectly on the same WiFi, so I know it's a problem with my laptop. I've already done some laptop-specific troubleshooting without any luck. I've made my laptop forget the WiFi and then reconnected, yet still no joy. I even tried using a mobile hotspot from my phone, but that didn't resolve the issue either. When I ran a network diagnostic, it suggested that my firewall or protection settings might be the issue, but I've already messed with those settings too, to no avail. Interestingly, everything was working fine yesterday, and I haven't had any updates since then. The only thing I changed was the security software, F-Secure, which I disabled this morning, but that hasn't helped either. If anyone could help me figure this out or if I'm in the wrong community, please let me know!

Have you tried checking your Command Prompt? You can open it by searching for 'cmd' in Windows search. Once it's open, type in 'ipconfig /all' and share what it shows here. It might help us identify the issue better!
No worries! Just share those pics, and we can work from there.
Another thing to try is to ping a server. In that same cmd window, type 'ping 8.8.8.8' and let me know the results. It'll give us a clue about your connectivity.
Sure, I can do that! But can you explain what it's meant to do?
Sorry for the screenshots, but I'm currently unable to copy the text from the Command Prompt. I took a few pictures instead. My laptop's in Finnish, so I hope that's not a problem!
