Hey everyone, so I'm having this frustrating issue with my laptop. Every time I switch it on, I get this message saying the configuration data for the product is corrupt. I've tried a few things to fix it, including turning the laptop off and on to access automatic repair, then going into advanced options and using CMD to run 'sfc /scannow'. I also ran 'chkdsk /f /r c:' and then exited to continue to Windows, but nothing seems to be working. I'm still stuck with the same error and I've been at this for hours! Can anyone offer some help?

Have you tried creating a bootable USB to reinstall Windows? Sometimes a fresh install can resolve these sorts of file corruption issues.
I haven't tried that yet. Do you have any tips on how to create a bootable USB?
