I'm having a problem with my Aorus 15G KC laptop. Suddenly, the screen has gone all crazy—it's mostly black with a white section occupying less than half of it. I can barely see anything at the top. I tried unplugging and re-plugging the eDP cable on the motherboard, but it didn't fix the issue. Should I consider replacing the eDP cable or the entire screen? And should I also check the eDP connector on the screen itself? As an update, when I set it to 60Hz, it works but looks weird—like an old CRT monitor!

It sounds like the screen itself might be faulty. Have you tried connecting it to an external monitor? That can help you figure out if the issue is with the laptop's display or something more serious.
I did connect it to an external monitor, but it only mirrors the laptop screen and still looks awful, like a low-quality CRT. It's frustrating!
