Hey everyone, I've run into a problem after trying to change the image quality of my laptop's background. I followed a registry edit method meant for Windows 10 and later, which involved: opening the Registry Editor, navigating to HKEY_CURRENT_USERControl PanelDesktop, creating a DWORD value called JPEGImportQuality, and setting its value to 100 to disable compression. After I restarted my laptop, it wouldn't get past the loading screen. I've attempted to use safe mode and checked for issues, but nothing worked. I'm using Windows 11 with an Intel Core i7 8th gen. Any advice on how to fix this?

First off, make sure you tried reverting the registry change while in safe mode. This could help reset the image quality back to default and might allow your system to boot properly again.
Always good to keep backups before making any changes! For now, if you can access the troubleshooting menu, you might want to try using 'System Restore' to roll back to a point before the changes.
You can go back into the Registry Editor in safe mode and navigate to the same location where you made the changes. Just delete the JPEGImportQuality entry or set it to its original value. After that, restart and see if it helps!
I haven't reverted the change in safe mode yet. Any tips on how to do that?
