I don't have any income of my own, as I rely on their allowance. I use Windows 11 on an MSI laptop. I also heard something about 'kick-starters'—if anyone has information on that, could it help me out?

You need to use another computer to make a bootable USB drive with Windows 11. That way, you can boot from it and reinstall Windows on your malfunctioning laptop.
